In order to make art affordable for everyone and eliminate shipping costs, we've made some of our bestselling prints downloadable digital files. No need to wait for delivery if you're in a rush for a gift, and a smaller carbon footprint to boot.
You won't receive a physical print, but will be emailed a digital link with the following PDF and JPG sizes:

- How to Print:
• For printing at home: Use good quality card or art paper. Use Satin or matte paper and heavy weight paper.
• Printing at your local print shop: Supply a .jpg file in your desired size to a print shop such as Snappy Snaps. I recommend using a heavy weight paper.

No physical product will be shipped and the frame is not included. Depending on the monitor, colours may vary.

Know what you're after? Use the search bar in the top left-hand corner to enter the product keyword :) Use the drop-down menu on the product page and the black 'Add to Cart" button adds the item to your basket. You can then continue browsing or head straight to checkout!
We accept most major credit or debit cards! These include Visa, Visa Electro, Master Card and UK Maestro. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

We can swap sizes and colours once an order has been placed if you get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order, by contacting hello@mcindoedesign.com.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not, for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders being declined is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the 'billing address' section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered. For full details of why the payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.
Our bad! We check each package before it leaves our studio but sometimes mistakes do happen, unfortunately. If you drop us an email at hello@mcindoedesign.com we will ship out the correct item right away.
As soon as you place an order, you'll receive an email notification to the email you entered in the checkout process. If for some reason this didn't reach you, please check your junk or spam folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, please get in touch with us at hello@mcindoedesign.com.
All orders are processed in GBP. While the product prices and contents of your cart are displayed in your chosen currency, you will checkout using GBP at the most current exchange rate.
UK Standard shipping - £3.40 / Free for orders over £75. Tracked, 2 day service.
Europe Shipping - €8(€4.50 for t-shirts & sweatshirts). Free for orders over €130. Tracked, 3-5 day service.
Australia Shipping - $12 AUD (tracked, 5-7 days for delivery). Free for orders over $200 AUD
Rest of World Shipping - £12 (tracked, 5-7 days for delivery). Free for orders over $150
Please note that t-shirts and sweatshirts are shipped locally within your region and so will not be subject to customs charges.
All-over printed items are shipped from the London studio and so are applicable to customs charges in the EU/International. These are payable by the customer.
We aim to ship any order out within 2 working days. Need it ASAP? Just email hello@mcindoedesign.com on receipt of your purchase and we'll sort you out.
No sweat! You can send items back to the returns address included in your package for a refund, provided we get them back within 28 days of delivery in a saleable condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning goods at this time. Please ensure that you keep your shipping receipt when returning goods until we receive them back and process your refund.
