How do I buy the clothes?
You can browse through our menswear, womenswear or unisex collections by using the navigation menu at the top of every page (or the drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the page if you're using a mobile).Know what you're after? Use the search bar in the top left-hand corner to enter the product keyword :)Use the drop-down menu on the product page and the black 'Add to Cart" button adds the item to your basket. You can then continue browsing or head straight to checkout!
What payment methods do you accept?
Can I cancel my order?Sure thing! Shoot an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and we'll sort you out.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?We can swap sizes and colours once an order has been placed if you get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order, by contacting email@example.com.
Why has my card been declined?All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not, for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders being declined is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the 'billing address' section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered. For full details of why the payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.
I have received my order but one of my items is missing or incorrect, what do I do?Our bad! We check each package before it leaves our studio but sometimes mistakes do happen, unfortunately. If you drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org we will ship out the correct item right away.
Where is my order notification?As soon as you place an order, you'll receive an email notification to the email you entered in the checkout process. If for some reason this didn't reach you, please check your junk or spam folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Why have I been charged in GBP?
All orders are processed in GBP. While the product prices and contents of your cart are displayed in your chosen currency, you will checkout using GBP at the most current exchange rate.
