In order to make art affordable for everyone and eliminate shipping costs, we've made some of our bestselling prints downloadable digital files. No need to wait for delivery if you're in a rush for a gift, and a smaller carbon footprint to boot.
You won't receive a physical print, but will be emailed a digital link with the following PDF and JPG sizes:

- How to Print:
• For printing at home: Use good quality card or art paper. Use Satin or matte paper and heavy weight paper.
• Printing at your local print shop: Supply a .jpg file in your desired size to a print shop such as Snappy Snaps. I recommend using a heavy weight paper.

We can swap sizes and colours once an order has been placed if you get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order, by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not, for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders being declined is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the 'billing address' section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered. For full details of why the payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.
Our bad! We check each package before it leaves our studio but sometimes mistakes do happen, unfortunately. If you drop us an email at email@example.com we will ship out the correct item right away.
As soon as you place an order, you'll receive an email notification to the email you entered in the checkout process. All orders are processed in GBP. While the product prices and contents of your cart are displayed in your chosen currency, you will checkout using GBP at the most current exchange rate.

No sweat! You can send items back to the returns address included in your package for a refund, provided we get them back within 28 days of delivery in a saleable condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning goods at this time. Please ensure that you keep your shipping receipt when returning goods until we receive them back and process your refund.
