This style is shipped directly from our printing partner, so won't be packaged the same as our in-house shipments, but it does mean that you'll get your item as soon as possible, as well as helping to reduce carbon emissions.

We can swap sizes and colours once an order has been placed if you get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order, by contacting email@example.com.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not, for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders being declined is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the 'billing address' section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered. For full details of why the payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.
Our bad! We check each package before it leaves our studio but sometimes mistakes do happen, unfortunately. If you drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org we will ship out the correct item right away.
As soon as you place an order, you'll receive an email notification to the email you entered in the checkout process. If for some reason this didn't reach you, please check your junk or spam folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
All orders are processed in GBP. While the product prices and contents of your cart are displayed in your chosen currency, you will checkout using GBP at the most current exchange rate.
UK Standard shipping - £3.40 / Free for orders over £75. Tracked, 2 day service.
Europe Shipping - €8(€4.50 for t-shirts & sweatshirts). Free for orders over €130. Tracked, 3-5 day service.
Australia Shipping - $12 AUD (tracked, 5-7 days for delivery). Free for orders over $200 AUD
Rest of World Shipping - £12 (tracked, 5-7 days for delivery). Free for orders over $150
Please note that t-shirts and sweatshirts are shipped locally within your region and so will not be subject to customs charges.
All-over printed items are shipped from the London studio and so are applicable to customs charges in the EU/International. These are payable by the customer.
We aim to ship any order out within 2 working days. Need it ASAP? Just email firstname.lastname@example.org on receipt of your purchase and we'll sort you out.
No sweat! You can send items back to the returns address included in your package for a refund, provided we get them back within 28 days of delivery in a saleable condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning goods at this time. Please ensure that you keep your shipping receipt when returning goods until we receive them back and process your refund.
